Shipping

• Orders will be processed (prepared) in a period of 5 to 7 business days after placing your order.
• Shipping rates are provided at checkout.
• We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. Our liability ends once your order is shipped. The delivery time of your order depends entirely on USPS.
• Orders that receive a tracking number must be used to track your order. We do not track orders. All available information is provided to the client.
• Delays in deliveries by USPS in no way imply cancellation of orders or refunds of money. Be a Cool Teacher / Sé un maestro Cool does not control the delivery time of mail.
• Important - If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You are responsible for the costs of reshipping. This will delay the arrival of your order.
• Be a Cool Teacher / Sé un maestro Cool is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once handled by USPS. You will be responsible for making any claims directly to the USPS. Be a Cool Teacher / Sé un maestro Cool will provide all the necessary support information to file any claim.
