Refund policy

Returns or Cancellations:

• Returns are not accepted except for those that represent manufacturing or manufacturing defects.
• You have 30 days from your purchase to return any item purchased with factory or manufacturing defects.
• Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, errors in the selection of items and any other situation. The sale is final.
• To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the condition that you received it and with all original tags.
• Gift card returns are not accepted.
• Be a cool Teacher /Sé un maestro cool does not cover the cost of shipping your return.
• You will be given a credit. Money is not returned.
